The MXR Double Double Overdrive as the name suggests is two overdrive circuits in a tiny package. While having a board full of overdrive pedals can be great fun it can be a pain to manage all the time. This pedal cuts that selection down by having two of the most popular types of overdrive in a single standard MXR case. Two Modes In low gain mode you get some beautiful cruch to goldern era British amp overdrives with plenty of mid focus. Think of a classic green Japanese overdrive pedal but with a lot more control thanks to Treble and Bass controls. In Hi mode you get a higher gain American style tone with less of a mid range boost and a more present high end making it great for slightly heavier tones. You can access either mode using a toggle switch on the front of the pedal. Changing between the two is as simple as a flick of the Lo/Hi switch: the Low Gain circuit belts out rich, fiery midrange tones while the High Gain circuit kicks up the gain and emphasizes highs and lows. Use the Treble and Bass controls to season your overdriven sound, and then crank the Level and Drive controls to turn the heat up to your liking. Does a Wah pedal have to be so big? Do we really need to put our toe down to turn it on and off? Does the Wah pedal only have to have one function?

With all of these questions in mind we set ourselves the task of developing a new Wah pedal, we came up with the -- WAHTER.

The Wahter recreates the vocal sweep and lush harmonics of the classic wah pedals we have all come to love over the years.

MOOER’s unique pressure  sensing switch design allows easy activation of the pedal at the mere presence of your foot. Dual switching modes also allows the user the option of opting for the more traditional toe down method of switching it on and off.

The case is so small it nearly meets the same spec as our micro series so it’s easy to fit onto any pedalboard. The pedestal is smooth and comfortable to operate while rigid enough to leave half cocked for filter effects whilst operating in traditional switching mode.
