Enter the Ibanez V50, the beautiful guitar included in this Jumpstart Pack. The V50 is an incredible value for a name-brand guitar, featuring a spruce wood top (the same wood featured on high-end acoustic guitars) and a rosewood fretboard. It sounds great, is comfortable when playing seated or standing up, and has durable, no-slip tuning machines to ensure any wrong notes you hear are the result of undeveloped technique, not poor craftsmanship. Yes, there will definitely be some "clinkers" when you're first starting out, but don't let that get you down. Learning to do anything worthwhile takes some effort, but it doesn't feel like work if you're doing what you love. With a guitar that fits your hand like this one, how could you not love what you're doing?

Ready to Play Out of the Box!

There's no complicated setup involved with this pack--this is not one of those packages where you get a bunch of parts, a couple of screws, and an Allen wrench. Just take the guitar out of the box, and you'll be ready to go (at most, you may have to get it in tune, but that'll be a cinch with the included tuner). And when you register your guitar online with Ibanez, you'll even receive a Quick Start instructional DVD to teach you the basics and get you started playing right away. You don't have to spend a few agonizing weeks trying to play "Polly Wolly Doodle," like Bart Simpson did with his first guitar--you'll be playing songs you've known and loved for years in no time.
