Class-D technology
Over the years power amp technology has constantly been evolving, and the Behringer Europower PMP4000 power amps incorporate some of the the newest developments available. Thanks to the revolutionary Class-D technology with “near-zero” thermal buildup, the lightweight PMP4000 runs very cool, no more massive heat sinks or toroid transformers. You will love the punch and superior sound of these Class-D power amps. You can bridge the amps in the Behringer Europower PMP4000 for 1,600W of output, or deliver two 800W outputs for stereo or dual mono operation.
Effects
Behringer has provided 100 great sounding 24-bit stereo effects in the PMP4000. You can apply the effects to your main outs as well as your monitor mixes. You have the tools you need to create a great sounding mix with 100 presets featuring reverbs, echo, chorus, delays, and more.
Sound sculpting tools
To give you the ultimate in flexibility the Behringer Europower PMP4000 has a strong set of tone sculpting tools. A 7-band graphic EQ lets you dial in exact tonal ranges. The built-in FBQ Feedback Detection System shows you the offending feedback frequencies so you can adjust them accordingly with the graphic EQ. You can create a huge, surround-like mix with the XPQ 3D stereo surround effect. The PMP4000 even includes a voice canceler function to remove the singer’s voice from recorded music for karaoke use.
