From Audio-Technica, the 700 series Freeway is a quality wireless microphone system for the budget conscious. The 700 series is available as a handheld or bodypack system, this system includes the ATW-R700 receiver and ATW-T701 UniPak transmitter.
The ATW-T701 receiver is a compact, surface mounted unit with 8 selectable UHF frequencies and diversity switching antennas. The combination of UHF, diversity operation results in fewer drop outs and noise. The rear provides both balanced and unbalanced output connections for further flexibility.
The ATW-T701 bodypack is a compact, light weight unit that operates on 2 AA alkaline batteries for up to 10 hours (Low mW mode). The input connector accommodates compatible Audio-Technica microphones and cables for flexible operation with microphones and instruments. The ATW-T701 provides switchable output power for increased RF power whenever necessary.The 700 Series Freeway system delivers quality wireless at a fraction of the cost. The system is more that suitable for presentations, classrooms, small theater and more.

Audio-Technica’s Freeway 200 Series Wireless System provides proven performance in a variety of settings. Each 200 Series professional VHF wireless system includes a receiver and either a body-pack transmitter or a handheld microphone/transmitter on a specific crystal-controlled frequency. The ATW-R200 receiver design features an innovative docking power supply configuration. An AC power adapter housed in a compartment in the receiver uses an IEC-standard detachable power cordset. Furthering its flexibility, the power adapter may be easily removed from the receiver case, permitting its use as a conventional in-line AC adapter. A novel dipole antenna system on the receiver improves operation by providing a ground element in addition to the usual signal element.
